Wall mounting your cerec block inventory gives you an easy visualisation of stock available and stock needed

15 years ago we wanted to organise our Cerec stock.

We had a combination of Lithium disilicate , Feldspathic  and Hybrid ( Enamic ).

We kept sizes 8 10 14 14L 16 , 32.

We had varied translucencies Low Medium High and Blended.

We kept shade options BL1 BL2 BL3 B1 B2 A1 A2 A3 C2 D2

All these were kept in individual boxes ! There had to be a better way.

Our original design or options of a rigid board in a beautiful walnut, a clear acrylic or even an off the shelve peg board looked great but after many attempts with assistance from engineers we still had a problem.

To insert the chuck of the Cerec block is acheivable, but to grip the block so it is retained uniformly in each hole was dificult.

The concern was that if the hole is too tight, it takes too much “pull” to remove it, but if too loose, the blocks can fall.  The perfect harmony wasn’t achievable with consistency.

100 or more Cerec blocks are too valuable to fall!

We developed the BlockButler using a precision moulded, resilient, solid medical grade silicon.

The “holes” each have two uniform “nipples” inside the tube that matches with the shape of the cerec block.

When the block is inserted into the BlockButler, the nipples of the silicon engages the contour of the chuck and seats with a “click”.

Each board has 10 rows and 10 columns to hold 100 blocks each board. Your range of maufacturer, material, translucency, size and shade can be built in a modular arrangement allowing you to expand your repertoire as your practice dictates with the peace of mind that your inventory is safe, looks well and can be accessed and admired.

We offer three colours Black, Grey and White.

The BlockButler has been in function now for 15 years with no deterioration and we guaranteed the BlockButler for life!

Stock control couldn’t be simpler. Your valuable Cerec blocks couldn’t be safer.
